More on the way soon!
I like watches. Since you’re reading this post, I’m going to guess that you do too.

Movado Kardelo
A few months ago, I bought a Movado Kardelo Museum dial watch at a great price from ChronoShark.com. Since then, I have continuously gone back to ChronoShark and many other watch deal of the day sites to check out what’s available. You can find some really nice deals on these, but there are a lot of them to check.
I soon saw another watch that looked nice. I decided to do some research on the watch and started reading a lot of watch forums. What I found was surprising. Movado just wasn’t really talked about. Some people liked them but they just weren’t very exciting to talk about in terms of the mechanics of a watch. They looked nice but there were so many other watches that didn’t just have nice dial, a battery and a quartz movement.
The world of watches opened to me as I saw the incredible variety in watch movements, complications (all the different features a watch can have such as a chronograph, seconds dial, moon phase, etc.), and the fit and finish of them. Even the number of watch brands is just incredible. There are dozens upon dozens of brands with beautiful watches that I had never heard of before. I have since gotten 2 more watches, my first automatics and I love them. I’ll talk about those in future posts.
And thus, WatchWatchdog was born. I wanted an easy way to see all the deals in one place, have a way I could share my thoughts about watches, and as a programmer, I just plain wanted the challenge of building it.
Now that I’ve built it, you can join me in finding great deals on watches, learning about them and discovering new ones.
I’ll be adding new deals and new features in the days and weeks to come. I hope you like it and please contact me if you have any suggestions or comments!
